“They can give life or just as easily shatter it.”

A lover of people, carefully packing parcels for those she holds dear and a few who are new to her heart. Bathed in morning light, she delicately cuts a ribbon and ties it into a bow. Reaching for a single card, she begins to write. Her words are thoughtfully chosen and she often pauses before beginning again.  

This effort is honest and heartfelt. She knows that words hold weight. They can give life or just as easily shatter it. She runs her fingers along the card, imagining it being read. This small token of love...preparing to bring comfort to a weary heart.
